RMT Instructor Training - One

A one day class for people wishing to be Instructors of RMT. The emphasis in this class is to explore in detail the movements and isometric pressure techniques used in the Rhythmic Movement Training programme. You will have an opportunity to explain what you know about the movements and work together to create variations.
